Mark joined Engage Marine in 2016 after over two decades with the A.P. Moller Maersk Group. He is a former Master Mariner and has held leadership roles internationally in the shipping, ports and towage industries.

Mark lives in Adelaide, has been married to Milou for over 25 years and has both a son and grand-daughter living locally.

In addition to his Class 1 Master qualification, he holds a joint MBA from both London Business School and Columbia University.

Mike has over 30 years of executive leadership experience spanning Australia, Asia-Pacific, UK and Europe.

Mike is a commercially astute CFO and Executive leader who drives commercial business growth at a senior level.

His expertise includes corporate strategy, strategic planning and budgeting, financial control and reporting, contract negotiation, financial and risk management, stakeholder engagement and has been involved in a number of corporate transactions involving debt, equity and private equity positions. Mike has led business transformation initiatives across multiple industries, driving financial efficiencies and sustainable growth. Mike is a Chartered Accountant, tax professional, holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance and a Masters degree in Professional Accounting.

Nick has 25 years of experience in the marine and offshore industry, including senior leadership roles in the UK and internationally. He specialises in technical vessel management, operational analysis, stakeholder engagement, and business transformation.

With a strong background in risk management and compliance, Nick plays a critical role in maintaining Engage Marine’s operational standards and safety frameworks.

With over 20 years of experience in the maritime industry, Zoe has a proven track record of driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and cultural transformation within complex organisations.

Currently serving as General Manager – West Coast at Engage Marine, Zoe oversees high-performing operations across multiple ports, managing a diverse workforce and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Her previous roles include Group Manager Marine at Beach Energy, where she led marine operations, managed large-scale budgets, and spearheaded regulatory compliance initiatives. She has also held leadership positions at Origin Energy and CGGVeritas, contributing her expertise in vessel management, marine assurance, and offshore project execution.

Zoe holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bradford University, an MSc in Hydrography, and a BSc in Marine Biology & Oceanography from the University of Plymouth. With a strong commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement, she remains a driving force in the maritime sector, shaping the future of marine operations and port management.
