Engage Marine are committed to providing pathways to long term employment in the marine industry for students and local indigenous candidates in the areas in which we operate.
We provide opportunities through:
- School-based programs: Providing placements for students to gain real-world experience within our marine operations that provides a pathway for school students to earn recognised qualifications. We currently offer school-based traineeships to students from Karratha High School and St Luke’s High School.
- Indigenous traineeships: Through our partnership with the Clontarf Foundation, we support young Indigenous men in gaining practical skills and experience to help them transition into marine industry careers. Our traineeships help students develop both technical and professional capabilities.
- Apprenticeships: Engage Marine’s apprenticeship programs provide on-the-job training in various marine-related fields, helping participants to build a career foundation in the industry.
Engage Marine are proud to have a number of candidates successfully progress through its various training programmes, and have a number currently in training. We are always seeking future candidates and suggest any potential candidates contact us through our Contact page.
